The objectives of the Foundation are - in the broad field of life sciences - to initiate, develop, implement and/or execute research, research infrastructures/facilities including e-infrastructures, standardisation, training and learning, knowledge dissemination, and valorisation of metabolomics technology in the broadest sense of the word in Europe. The foundation aims to strengthen the national and international development, the innovative applications and to maximise the societal impact of metabolomics technology in Europe, including the combination of metabolomics technology with other life sciences technologies and the thereby needed data analysis, integration, visualisation and modelling of research data;
